Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Account Executive to help us acquire new clients and grow long-term relationships. You will be responsible for prospecting qualifying opportunities conducting discovery calls and helping businesses understand the value of AI automation and custom software.

This role begins with a performance milestone. Candidates who successfully close one net new client will receive a flat commission and may then transition into a part-time monthly engagement with Alsoma Studio.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective clients
Conduct discovery calls and understand business requirements
Present Alsoma Studio's services and value proposition
Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline
Maintain accurate CRM records
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Build long-term relationships with customers

Qualifications

Previous experience in B2B sales account management or business development
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience selling software SaaS AI solutions or digital services is preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with CRM platforms and modern sales tools
