Role Objective

The SDE-1 will not focus on routine page assembly. The primary objective of this role is the architecture and maintenance of a proprietary, typed library of high-performance modules that enables rapid deployment of premium products. You will serve as the technical bridge between visual design requirements and engineering reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Component Architecture

  Architect and maintain a scalable, strictly typed (TypeScript) component library. Ensure modularity and reusability so core elements can be deployed across projects with zero friction or regression.

• Performance Engineering

  Own performance metrics for production deployments. Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) to ensure consistent 95+ scores via code-splitting, image pipelines, and efficient rendering strategies.

• Internal Tooling & Automation

  Develop custom scripts and CLI tools (Node.js/Python) to automate internal workflows and reduce manual operational drag.

• High-Fidelity Implementation

  Execute pixel-perfect translation of Figma designs into production code with strict adherence to spacing, typography, and layout specifications.

• Interaction Design

  Implement complex micro-interactions and entry animations (Framer Motion/GSAP) that enhance UX without compromising main-thread performance.

Technical Stack & Requirements

• •Core Frameworks: React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript.
• •Styling Architecture: Tailwind CSS (advanced configuration, custom plugins, and design token mapping).
• •State Management: Zustand or React Context API.
• •Animation: Framer Motion or GSAP.
• •CMS Integration: Schema design and API consumption for headless CMS (Sanity, Strapi, or WordPress REST/GraphQL).
